Kenneth Nwakanma
CEO & Lead Partner
Kenneth is an accomplished professional with over 18 years of experience in media, banking and financial services, waste management and recycling, business consulting, venture development, and human capital development. He holds a B.Tech in Industrial Chemistry from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria with professional certifications and expertise in strategic management, lean six sigma, financial management and project management. His core skills include corporate strategy, business development, innovation, financial management, organizational transformation, operational improvement and leadership development for corporate leaders and founders.
Outside of work, he enjoys reading, writing, teaching, and exploring new ideas
Nnamdi Okereke
COO & Executive Partner
Nnamdi is a versatile professional with over 14 years of experience in manufacturing, technology, fintech, business process outsourcing, product and service development, FSI, oil & gas, purchasing, and retail. He holds a B.Eng in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria and professional certifications in HR, Scrum Masters, Data Analysis, Zoho Application, Ethical Hacking, and Microsoft among others. Nnamdi is skilled in business legislation, corporate strategy, sales, process automation, human resource management, system building and design, product development, and marketing. He is a self-assured leader who motivates and mentors employees to steer corporations towards sustainable success.
Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, reading, writing, and photography.
