Chirality Partners works with founders, executives, diaspora investors, and institutional leaders building disciplined, scalable enterprises across Nigeria and Africa. Below are honest answers to the questions we hear most often — about how we work, what we offer, and what engagement with us actually requires.
ENGAGEMENT PROCESS
How do we begin working with Chirality Partners?
Every engagement begins with a 15-minute Strategic Qualification Call — a structured, focused conversation to assess alignment, readiness, and appropriate pathway. We do not begin with informal consultations or broad exploratory discussions. The qualification call is the disciplined first step that ensures both sides are investing time in the right direction.
If alignment exists after that call, we proceed into a structured diagnostic specific to your situation and needs.
Do you charge for the initial qualification call?
No. The 15-minute qualification call is complimentary. It is not a sales call — it is a mutual assessment of fit, readiness, and appropriate engagement pathway.
Structured diagnostics that follow the qualification call are paid engagements. We define that scope clearly before any commitment is made.
How quickly can engagements begin?
Most engagements begin within two to four weeks of proposal acceptance. Where situations are genuinely urgent, we can accelerate depending on current capacity. Urgency is best communicated clearly in your qualification form submission.
Do you work outside Nigeria?
Yes. Our primary market is Nigeria, and our operational depth is greatest there. We serve clients across Africa and work with diaspora investors globally — particularly those deploying capital into Nigerian and West African markets.
SERVICES & SCOPE
What is the difference between Strategic Advisory and Governance & System Design?
Strategic Advisory addresses the question of what your enterprise should do — direction, positioning, capital decisions, market entry, and strategic clarity at inflection points.
Governance & System Design addresses how your enterprise executes consistently — installing the authority structures, performance systems, and organizational architecture required to turn strategic direction into reliable operational reality.
Many clients engage both, either simultaneously or sequentially. Strategic clarity without governance structure produces unrealized strategy. Governance structure without strategic clarity produces disciplined motion in the wrong direction. The two practices are designed to work together.
What is Enterprise Stewardship and how is it different from your advisory services?
Enterprise Stewardship is a structured governance and operational oversight platform — not an advisory service. The distinction matters.
Advisory services clarify direction and install systems during a defined engagement. Enterprise Stewardship deploys a professionally vetted steward within a formal governance framework supervised by Chirality Partners — providing ongoing, active operational management for enterprises whose owners are not present in daily operations.
You retain ownership and strategic control. We assume disciplined operational responsibility under a governed framework with full accountability structures in place.
Do you offer standalone training programs?
Yes — under Human Capital & Leadership Development. However, our programs are structured, multi-session, and performance-focused. They are designed to produce measurable behavioral and capability change across leadership and management tiers.
We do not deliver generic one-off motivational seminars or standardized workshops. If that is what is required, we are not the right provider.
Can we engage you for only one service area?
Yes. Engagements may be standalone or integrated across practices depending on your specific situation and needs. The appropriate scope is determined through diagnostic assessment — not assumed from the initial inquiry.
CLIENT FIT
What type of enterprises do you work with?
We are most effective with enterprises generating ₦50M+ in annual revenue, founders scaling beyond informal operations into structured growth, diaspora investors requiring disciplined operational oversight, and institutions undergoing governance reform or structural transformation.
The common thread is not sector or size — it is the seriousness of the institutional ambition and the readiness to implement disciplined change.
Do you work with startups?
We do not typically engage very early-stage or pre-revenue startups. However, we work with funded startups entering the growth phase — particularly those transitioning from product validation into structured scale, where governance, systems, and structural discipline are required to prevent post-funding failure.
If you are at that stage and the institutional architecture is not yet in place, that is precisely where our work adds the most value.
Do you work with public sector institutions?
Yes, selectively. We support governance reform, institutional design, and performance architecture within ethical public leadership contexts. These engagements are assessed individually based on scope, readiness, and alignment with our institutional values.
INVESTMENT & COMMITMENT
What is your typical investment range?
Investment varies by scope, complexity, and duration. Engagements typically begin from ₦3M+ depending on the service type and depth required. Enterprise Stewardship engagements are structured differently, with typical annual investment ranging from ₦15M to ₦50M+.
Specific scope and investment are defined following diagnostic assessment — not estimated from the qualification call alone. We do not quote fees before we understand the actual challenge.
Do you offer payment structures?
Yes. Larger engagements may be milestone-based. Retainer engagements are billed monthly or quarterly. The specific structure is defined in the engagement proposal and agreed before work begins.
What is the minimum commitment for Enterprise Stewardship?
Enterprise Stewardship requires a minimum engagement term of 18 months. This reflects the depth of governance design, steward transition, and operational integration required to establish the platform properly. Shorter engagements do not allow the governance architecture to stabilize — which is why we do not offer them.
CONFIDENTIALITY & TRUST
Is our information confidential?
Yes — fully and without exception. All inquiries, conversations, diagnostics, and engagement details are handled under strict institutional confidentiality. We do not disclose client identities without explicit written consent. We do not reference client organizations in public-facing materials without authorization.
Confidentiality obligations apply from the moment of your first inquiry — not only after a formal engagement begins.
Can you provide references?
Due to our confidentiality standards, we do not publicly disclose client names or engagement details. Relevant anonymized experience can be discussed during the qualification process to demonstrate sector depth and engagement relevance.
Our work speaks through the outcomes it produces — not through named clients we are willing to expose.
RESULTS & OUTCOMES
How do you measure success?
Each engagement defines clear performance indicators before work begins. Depending on the nature of the engagement, these may include revenue growth, governance maturity, operational efficiency improvement, leadership capability development, risk reduction, or institutional stability.
We do not measure success by presentations delivered, workshops conducted, or documents produced. We measure it by whether the institutional change we were engaged to create has actually taken hold.
What makes Chirality different from other consulting firms operating in Nigeria and Africa?
Most consulting firms deliver recommendations. We architect institutions.
The difference is not just language. It is methodology, commitment, and orientation. We integrate strategic clarity, governance architecture, execution systems, and human capability into a unified institutional design — and we remain through implementation, not just recommendation.
We also design specifically for African operating realities — not for the assumptions that imported frameworks carry about how markets, institutions, and people behave.
The result is not a better strategy document. It is a more disciplined, more durable, more institutionally capable enterprise.
