Engagements are structured annually and typically range from ₦15M to ₦50M+, depending on scale, complexity, and stewardship requirements. Minimum engagement term: 18 months.
A portion of fees may be performance-linked, aligned to agreed operational and financial outcomes.
Final investment is determined through a Stewardship Readiness Assessment.
